- De-fluff gently: shake lightly or brush the pile with a soft-bristle brush to keep it lofty.
- Avoid compression: don’t sit on it folded or store it under heavy items (prevents matting).
Washing
- Inside out and use a delicates bag to protect the pile.
- Cold gentle cycle (≤ 30 °C) or hand wash. Minimal spin.
- Mild detergent only: no bleach and no fabric softener (softener can flatten the fibers).
- Wash with similar colors to avoid lint transfer.
Drying
- Do not wring. Press water out with a clean towel.
- Lay flat to dry in shade; reshape seams and hems while damp.
- Optionally, tumble no-heat/air-only for a few minutes with clean dryer balls to re-fluff, then finish flat.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent stiffening.
