Personal Use & Hygiene Products

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, products that come into direct contact with the skin (such as leggings, trousers, shirts, and fleece-lined boots) may be refused for return if signs of use, improper handling, or hygiene violations are identified.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns Due to Withdrawal

In cases of return due to change of mind or withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Products or Shipping Errors

Exchanges

Exchange Due to Defect

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer may choose between:

Exchange Limit

  • Only one exchange per product is allowed

  • If the same product is purchased again after an exchange, no additional exchange will be accepted, unless a new manufacturing defect is proven

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase

  • The refunded amount will correspond only to the product price paid

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or shipping error

Sale Items

Products purchased on sale or promotion follow the same return and exchange rules.

Any applicable refund will be issued based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.
